All our clients are allocated an Account Manager as their single point of contact handling work throughout.
Our Account Managers are all office based providing ease of communication, ensuring quality of service and deadlines are met for each stage of production. The team are trained on each other’s work to facilitate a seamless service during holidays and other absences.
Transition of Work
All our clients are allocated an Account Manager as a single point of contact, providing excellent customer service throughout, from estimate through to delivery.
We always work hard to ensure a smooth transition of new client work. The process is covered by ISO 9001 procedures and measures such as team briefings, pre-flight checking sample PDF files and producing hard copy test proofs for client approval would be taken, prior to starting production of ‘live’ work, ensuring that we are fully prepared in all areas.
